Karel spent one amazing week in July as a Visiting Professor at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve at Prof. Patricia Luis Alconero´s group.

In one seminar, he presented the membrane gas separation field, the concept of Mixed matrix membranes, and also his group’s results with the molecular-level engineering approach for the preparation of advanced separation membranes.

With UCL PhD students and postdocs, Prof. Luis also had also a discussions and commented their work topics during their presentations.

He also visited Patricia´s experimental facilities oriented towards laboratory and applied material&membrane research.
