Daniel returned from FAU-TVT Erlangen

Daniel returned from FAU-TVT Erlangen where he spent 12 months as a visiting Ph.D. scientist.
   

 

He was one of the 30 scholarship recipients provided by the BAYHOST / BTHA organization.
Thanks to this year, our group made a strong connection with the researcher group of prof. M. Kaspereit and prof. M. Thommes, from FAU-TVT.

Euromembrane 2024 in Prague

Our group participated at the Euromembrane 2024 conference, that was held for the first time in Czech Republic.
Daniel, Jana, Jordan, Josef, Karel, Lukáš and Ondra gave an oral presentation.

Daniel and Jana co-organized the NYM2024 international conference

Daniel and Jana co-organized the NYM2024 international conference that was held this year in Prague UCT, briefly before the Euromembrane 2024 conference.
 
The NYM is dedicated primarily to create a network of young researchers, PhD’s, young professionals in the membrane separation field. It also included a excursion to Membrain (Mega), which is the biggest industrial R&D in this specific field.
Josef gave an oral of his results, while Daniel and Jana presented a poster.

About Us

The membrane separation processes (MSPs) belong to modern technologically important separation methods. In comparison with conventional separation techniques, MSPs constitute a low-cost, less energy-consuming and environmentally friendly alternative.
